As an ADHD coach specializing in women's experiences, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight to my practice. I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life after decades of unexplained struggles, so I completely understand the journey from confusion to clarity that many women face.
With my bachelor's degree in psychology and master's in rehabilitation counseling and human services, I combine my education and personal experience to develop practical strategies to help women identify their unique strengths and navigate their ADHD challenges. My coaching approach emphasizes self-acceptance and personalized solutions rather than one-size-fits-all advice.
I'm particularly passionate about supporting women who feel something is "wrong" with them due to undiagnosed or recently diagnosed ADHD. Through my psychoeducation courses, group coaching, and one-on-one sessions, I create safe spaces for women to explore their individual traits and develop effective coping mechanisms.
My mission is simple but powerful: to help women with ADHD understand their unique brain wiring, embrace their authentic selves, and build fulfilling lives that work with—not against—their natural tendencies.
